Origin & Botanical Characteristics

True Lavender is a subshrub with blue-violet hues, mainly cultivated in Provence and the Mediterranean basin. It was once used to clean and perfume the baths of the Greeks and Romans, hence its etymology (lavare = to wash). Its sweet, slightly herbaceous floral fragrance is one of the most appreciated in aromatherapy and natural perfumery.

When diffused, it creates a soft and soothing atmosphere, ideal for your moments of relaxation. In wellness massage diluted in a vegetable oil, it accompanies your natural body care rituals. It can also be used as a food flavor (FEMA No.: 262 / CoE No.: 257n).

How to use this organic essential oil?

Always use the essential oil diluted in a vegetable oil or another suitable medium (Honey, Solubol…). Do not exceed 2%.

Do not use in pregnant and breastfeeding women or in children under 1 year of age. Do not use in case of a history of convulsions or allergies to essential oils. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Store away from light and heat.
