RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — ÂME SAUVAGE

1. Right of Withdrawal — Consumers In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, notify us by email at contact@dcrouzet.com before the deadline expires. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product(s). Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, unsealed or opened products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and health protection reasons. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, and include the product price plus the original standard shipping costs.

2. Returns — Professionals (B2B) No returns will be accepted without prior written agreement from Âme Sauvage. Any claim must be submitted in writing to contact@dcrouzet.com within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos and the delivery note.

3. Damaged or Defective Products Any damaged parcel upon delivery must be noted in writing with the carrier at the time of delivery. Without such a reservation, no recourse can be exercised against Âme Sauvage for damage occurring during transport.

4. Refunds Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original order, within 14 days of the return agreement.
