TERMS OF SALE — ÂME SAUVAGE
1. Purpose These terms of sale apply to all transactions between Âme Sauvage (D. Crouzet, SIRET: 500 025 457 00036, Fursac, France) and its customers, whether consumers or professionals, for the purchase of spirits via the website dcrouzet.com.
2. Products Âme Sauvage selects and offers premium French spirits: cognacs, armagnacs, calvados, whiskies, gins and artisanal liqueurs. Products are offered subject to availability.
3. Prices Prices are displayed in euros. Consumers are charged inclusive of VAT. Professionals are invoiced exclusive of VAT upon presentation of a valid intra-community VAT number. Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties or excise duties, which remain the buyer's sole responsibility.
4. Orders Orders are placed via the website or by direct contact for professional orders. Âme Sauvage reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with these terms or applicable regulations. Professional orders are subject to a minimum purchase of €500 excl. VAT.
5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. For professional orders, specific payment terms may be agreed in writing. Any late payment will result in late payment penalties in accordance with applicable law.
6. Shipping Shipping conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. For professional orders, shipping costs are defined on a case-by-case basis.
7. Right of Withdrawal — Consumers In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional orders.
8. Regulatory Compliance The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with the regulations applicable to the import and distribution of spirits in their country. Âme Sauvage reserves the right to refuse any order to a destination where the sale or import of alcohol is restricted or prohibited.
9. Liability Âme Sauvage's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question. Âme Sauvage cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or those resulting from misuse of the products.
10. Governing Law — Disputes These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fursac, France. Consumers residing in the EU may also refer to the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
