GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE — ÂME SAUVAGE

OVERVIEW Welcome to Âme Sauvage! The terms "we", "our" and "us" refer to Âme Sauvage, operated by D. Crouzet (SIRET: 500 025 457 00036), a French spirits merchant. We operate this site via the Shopify platform to offer you a shopping experience tailored to your profile (professional or consumer). By using our services, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By accepting these terms, you declare that you are of legal age in your country of residence. Professionals declare that they are acting within the scope of their commercial activity and hold the necessary licences and authorisations to import and sell spirits in their country. You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials.

ARTICLE 2 - OUR PRODUCTS Âme Sauvage selects and distributes premium French spirits: cognacs, armagnacs, calvados, whiskies, gins and artisanal liqueurs. We strive to accurately present our products (descriptions, vintages, alcohol content). Visuals may vary depending on your screen. We reserve the right to modify our catalogue at any time and to limit quantities available per customer, region or jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS Any order constitutes a purchase offer. Âme Sauvage reserves the right to accept or refuse it, particularly in cases of doubt regarding regulatory compliance in the destination country or the buyer's ability to legally import spirits. The order is only confirmed after written confirmation and receipt of payment. Professional orders are subject to a minimum purchase of €500 excl. VAT.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICES AND INVOICING Prices are subject to change without notice. Consumers are invoiced inclusive of VAT; professionals exclusive of VAT. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, excise duties or import taxes, which remain the buyer's responsibility. You guarantee the accuracy of your payment information.

ARTICLE 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Shipping conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Âme Sauvage cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs authorities or any event beyond its control. Risk transfers upon handover to the carrier in accordance with the agreed incoterm.

ARTICLE 6 - REGULATORY COMPLIANCE The sale of spirits is subject to strict regulations. The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with import and distribution regulations in their country (licences, excise duties, local alcohol regulations). Âme Sauvage reserves the right to refuse any order to a destination where the sale or import of alcohol is restricted or prohibited.

ARTICLE 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site (texts, images, logos, product descriptions) is the exclusive property of Âme Sauvage, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

ARTICLE 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS The Services may contain links to third-party websites. Âme Sauvage cannot be held responsible for the content or practices of these sites. You access them at your own risk.

ARTICLE 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY The Âme Sauvage store is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Âme Sauvage, D. Crouzet. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Âme Sauvage.

ARTICLE 18 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify Âme Sauvage, D. Crouzet, and its partners and service providers against any claim or loss resulting from your violation of these terms, applicable law or third-party rights.

ARTICLE 19 - SEVERABILITY If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

ARTICLE 20 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Âme Sauvage regarding use of the Services.

ARTICLE 21 - ASSIGNMENT You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. Âme Sauvage may freely assign this agreement without your consent.

ARTICLE 22 - GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fursac, France.

ARTICLE 24 - AMENDMENTS Âme Sauvage reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this site.
