SHIPPING POLICY — ÂME SAUVAGE

1. Metropolitan France — Consumers Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery is via Colissimo within 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over €65.

2. International Export — Consumers For orders outside metropolitan France, delivery times and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination. Customs duties, taxes, and excise duties applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

3. Professional Orders (B2B) Professional orders are subject to a minimum purchase of €500 excl. VAT. Shipping costs are calculated based on volume, weight, and destination, and are always the buyer's responsibility. Contact us at contact@dcrouzet.com for a personalised quote.

4. Packaging Spirits are carefully packaged to ensure their integrity during transport. Any damaged parcel upon delivery must be noted with the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Order Tracking A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

6. Liability Âme Sauvage cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, weather conditions, or customs authorities.
