Roots in the Vineyard

I grew up with the vineyard as a backdrop. My in-laws were winegrowers in Saint-Chinian, that Languedoc terroir with its schist and sandstone soils, where the sun and wind shape wines of character. This proximity to the wine world taught me something essential: respect for the long haul, for working the land, and for what nature can produce that is most complex and beautiful.

A Passion for Spirits

Perhaps that's where my fascination for fine spirits was born. A bottle of Cognac or Armagnac is not just a drink — it's a work of art. The beauty of a bottle, the amber hue that plays with the light in a glass, the rare aromas that emanate from it — candied fruits, spices, old wood, dried flowers — all tell a story, a terroir, a savoir-faire passed down through generations.

Collecting exceptional spirits is for me a form of intellectual and sensory curiosity. The same rigor I apply to medicine or natural care, I apply to the selection of each bottle: traceability, authenticity, character.

A Long-Term Vision

Passionate about economics and investment, I have always favored the long term over short-term speculation. Fine spirits naturally fit into this logic: rare, non-reproducible products whose value builds over the years. An old Cognac or a vintage Armagnac is not made — it is patiently waited for.

I am also convinced that global demand for these exceptional spirits is set to grow, particularly in Asia, where a booming middle class and luxury culture are creating a growing appetite for authentic products and French expertise. Selecting the best bottles today is also anticipating tomorrow's desires.
