Over sixty years of family legacy
The Paulin Maison Dudognon is the oldest Cognac from the house.
This family treasure, aged for approximately 60 years and more, has been carefully preserved in the cellars for three generations.
Primarily composed of Ugni Blanc, this Cognac was wood-fire distilled by Raymond Dudognon and fermented solely with the natural yeasts of the grape. No additives, no caramel, no artificial woody influence: only the pure and profound expression of time, fruit, and the Grande Champagne terroir.
Bottled at 43% ABV in a 70 cl format, it offers exceptional richness, power, and complexity.
