🌿 Calvados with character — Aged at least 3 years in oak barrels
Comte Louis de Lauriston's Calvados Domfrontais Réserve is a blend of Calvados aged over three years in oak barrels. Its color is topaz. On the nose, a dominance of fruits (apple and pear) is complemented by the first aromas of aging: spices such as cinnamon. The palate is supple and finely structured by the wood.
This Calvados is perfect for a "Trou Normand," sorbets, or as an accompaniment to a Norman dessert.
