How to use this organic beach oil?

Shake before use. Apply generously 30 minutes before sun exposure to the face, body, and hair. Reapply frequently and after each swim. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. Excessive sun exposure is dangerous for your health.
