Vinification

After low-pressure pressing, the grape juice ferments naturally, without any additives. The wine is kept on its lees until distillation to prevent oxidation and preserve maximum fruitiness.

Distillation

Distillation in an Armagnac-type continuous still, which gives the brandy its roundness and fruitiness.

Tasting

The integrated woody and slightly burnt notes from the new barrels combine with candied fruit and spice notes to create an Armagnac of great power and long persistence on the palate. A vintage to discover for lovers of authentic and uncompromising expressions.
