Winemaking

After low-pressure pressing, the grape juice ferments naturally, without any additives. The wine is kept on its lees until distillation to prevent oxidation and preserve maximum fruitiness.

Distillation

Distillation in an Armagnac-type column still, which gives the brandy all its roundness and fruitiness.

Tasting notes

A round and rich Armagnac, with aromas of candied fruit, spices, and caramel. An authentic and uncompromising expression of the Gascon terroir.
